Over a series of sessions, I guide you on a deep journey of self-discovery and transformation—whether you are seeking healing physically, emotionally, or spiritually.


Together, we explore the areas of your life where you long for change, creating a safe and nurturing space for inner enquiry, release, and renewal.


Using a soulful blend of ancient healing modalities, I weave together:

A sacred space for women to gather, connect, and honour the full spectrum of our experiences—the joys, the grief, and everything in between.

Each month, we come together in an intimate, heart-led circle to share, support, and be witnessed in a safe and nurturing environment. Our journey includes:


✔️ Cacao Ceremony – A heart-opening ritual to set and share intentions.
✔️ Mantra & Meditation – Guided practices to bring clarity, connection, and deep inner peace.
✔️ Essential Oils & Aromatherapy – A bespoke blend to support emotional and energetic alignment.
✔️ Fire Ceremony – Closing the evening round the fire, releasing what no longer serves us.


These circles are a homecoming to yourself—a space to be seen, heard, and held in sisterhood. Whether you come to share, to listen, or simply to be, you are welcome.

My approach blends tailored breathwork techniques with holistic lifestyle practices, addressing personal goals, challenges, and wellbeing needs.
